Two tracks, converging in 2026

The entity was incorporated in Malaysia in 2023; the accelerated computing work was carried out by the founders over the same period, across the Middle East, Southeast Asia and East Asia, Hopper through Blackwell. In August 2026 the two were brought together under one name.

Hopper-generation delivery begins
Requirement definition, specification, procurement, data centre integration and commissioning for enterprise clients across the Middle East, Southeast Asia and Japan.
Second Hopper generation, and scale
Delivery extends to the H200 generation across the same regions, with repeat engagements from existing clients.
Blackwell delivery begins
Blackwell-generation platforms enter delivery. A greenfield data centre programme in Kumamoto, Japan, planned from 2023, reaches groundbreaking.
Current generation, in delivery
Blackwell-generation delivery continues under YTC AI, now inside the company rather than alongside it.

Delivery before August 2026 is founder-level experience, stated as such and not as corporate track record of the entity in its former activity; delivery from August 2026 onwards is carried out by the company.

The team behind one accountable party

“One accountable party” is an organisational claim before it is a contractual one. An engineering-weighted team: core engineering, programme management and compliance run from Malaysia, and field teams deploy in-region for installation and commissioning.

The platform is often bought in one jurisdiction, cleared in another and commissioned in a third. The delivery model is built for that: every engagement carries its own export-control file, and facility capacity is arranged in-market through contracted operators.
