Service 01 · Advisory

Size the platform against the workload

Requirement definition comes before hardware selection. We profile the workload — model sizes, concurrency, latency targets, growth — and size the platform to it. Where an existing estate is in place, we assess what carries forward.

WHAT THIS PREVENTS
A platform sized from a vendor configurator rather than from the workload: over-specified where it does not matter, under-specified where it does, and impossible to justify to a finance committee.
Issued as a document set the client can take to any vendor. Nothing in it depends on buying the hardware through us.
Service 02 · Procurement

Sourcing, ordering and getting it here

We run the procurement on the client's behalf: sourcing, quotation, ordering, lead-time management, and the logistics and customs coordination that follows. Lead times on current-generation accelerators are the schedule driver on most projects; they are managed against the facility-ready date, not the other way round.

WHAT THIS PREVENTS
Hardware that arrives before the data hall is ready, or a lead time discovered after the facility contract is signed. Ordering and facility readiness are scheduled against each other from the start.
Orders are placed in the client's name and the hardware is owned by the client. Vendor references describe systems procured and deployed for clients; they do not indicate any authorised partner, distributor or reseller relationship.
Service 03 · Data Centre

Rack, power and cross-connect

AI clusters fail on the facility more often than on the hardware. Rack density, power envelope, cooling mode and floor loading are confirmed against a real data hall before an order is placed. Capacity is arranged through contracted data centre operators; we do not operate data centres ourselves.

WHAT THIS PREVENTS
A signed colocation contract for a hall that cannot take the density, the floor loading or the cooling mode the platform needs, discovered at delivery, when changing facility means restarting the programme.

Service 04 · Deployment

From crate to production

Installation, commissioning and the validation that proves the platform does what the requirement said it would. Then documentation, training and a support arrangement, so the client's own team can run it.

WHAT THIS PREVENTS
A cluster that is powered on but not accepted: no measured baseline, no as-built record, no runbook, and an operations team that inherits an environment nobody documented.
Handed over as files the client owns, not as a portal login. The environment has to be operable without us.
Service 05 · Compliance

Documentation that survives review

Advanced accelerators move under export control. The end user must be identified, the end use stated, and the chain from vendor to installation site documented in a form a third party can review without follow-up questions. We prepare that file as part of the engagement.

WHAT THIS PREVENTS
A shipment held at the review stage because two documents disagree on a name, an address or a signing authority: the most common cause of delay, and the most avoidable.
YTC AI prepares and coordinates compliance documentation. It does not provide legal advice, and it does not act as the declarant where the client is the end user.
Service 06 · Applied AI

The infrastructure is not the outcome

A platform that runs is not the same as a business result. Where a client wants the application and not only the platform, we deploy and operate it: most often an AI agent that answers the main line and the messaging channels, handles the enquiry end to end, and hands over to a person when it should. Retrieval, document intelligence and research workloads are configured case by case.

A GPU platform bought for an AI programme that still has no application running on it a year later. Infrastructure makes the application possible; it is not a substitute for having one.
