What the platform is for
Our services only
The platform will run our own AI services and nothing else: no compute rental, no API or token resale, and no remote access for third parties.
No military, intelligence or surveillance use
We do not provide services for military, intelligence or surveillance purposes.
Clients screened before onboarding
We screen clients and their intended use before onboarding, and decline anyone subject to applicable sanctions or outside the declared scope.
Where client data lives
Customer calls, transcripts and documents will be processed and stored in our hall in Kuching.
We operate under Malaysian law, including the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 and the Strategic Trade Act 2010.
One business, stated plainly
We are not a hardware reseller, a procurement agent, a GPU cloud or a data-centre operator.
We will own and operate the platform ourselves. Clients subscribe to our services; they do not rent our machines, and we do not resell them.
