Most failed AI infrastructure projects fail between the parties: the vendor delivered, the facility was not ready, the compliance file was incomplete, and nobody owned the gap. We hold all seven stages.

Requirement
Workload profile, model sizes, concurrency and service targets. What the platform has to do before what it is made of.

Architecture
Platform selection, topology, storage tier and network design. Sized against the requirement, not the budget line.

Facility
Power envelope, cooling mode, rack density, floor loading and cross-connects. Confirmed against a real facility before any order is placed.

Procurement
Sourcing, quotation, ordering, lead-time management, logistics and customs. Coordinated to the facility-ready date.

Compliance
End-user and end-use documentation, due diligence, supply-chain declarations. Prepared to withstand third-party review.

Deployment
Rack, cable, power-on, provisioning, cluster bring-up and validation against the stated service targets.

Handover
As-built documentation, operational runbook, administrator training and an agreed support arrangement.

The client does not coordinate between a vendor, a data centre operator, a freight forwarder and a compliance consultant, and does not arbitrate when their schedules disagree. Where the scope is Turnkey, all seven stages sit with us, including the ones that are nobody’s job by default.
Requirement, architecture and facility are completed before any order is placed. That sequence is the single largest difference between a programme that lands on schedule and one that does not.

Advisory
Requirement definition through to reference architecture and bill of materials. The client procures independently.

After Handover
Delivered is not the end state
The platform runs for years after acceptance. Support is contracted per engagement against one of three baselines, and every baseline includes manufacturer warranty coordination run by us against the entitlement registered at handover.
Standard
Remote support during business hours and the manufacturer entitlement worked on the client's behalf.
Best whenThe client runs its own operations team and needs a reliable second line.

Baselines are the planning starting point; scope, response targets and remedies are contracted per engagement. Support attaches to systems we deployed, and can be extended to an existing estate after an assessment.
